Leaving the waitlist

Email us with the email address or phone number you joined with and use the subject “Remove me from the Laurels waitlist.” See waitlist privacy for details.

Deleting an app account

You can delete your account inside Laurels. You can also email [email protected] with the subject “Laurels account deletion,” your Laurels username, and your account phone number. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request.

See the app’s account deletion policy for which information is deleted, anonymized, or retained. Deleting an account does not cancel or refund an Apple or Google purchase or subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store; refunds are handled by the store.

Report a bug

Tell us which game or screen you were on, what happened, your device model, and your app version. Please do not send your sign-in code or payment details.
