How to play

Word Scramble

  1. Swipe through touching letters to spell a word. Horizontal, vertical, and diagonal moves all count.
  2. Find words of at least three letters. You can use a tile only once within each word.
  3. Release to submit, then find another word before the 80-second timer ends. Longer words score more.

Pangrams

  1. Make words of four or more letters from the seven available letters.
  2. Use the center letter in every word. You may repeat letters as often as you need.
  3. Find a word using all seven letters for a pangram and seven bonus points. Keep adding words throughout the day.

Cryptogram

  1. Read the encoded quote. Each cipher letter stands for one different letter.
  2. Choose a letter and enter your guess. The substitution applies wherever that cipher letter appears.
  3. Use repeated letters, short words, and punctuation to reveal the whole quote.

Crowns

  1. Place exactly one crown in every row and column.
  2. Each colored region also needs exactly one crown.
  3. Keep all crowns apart: they cannot touch, even at a corner. Mark ruled-out cells as you solve.

Nonogram

  1. Read the clues beside each row and column. Each number is a run of filled squares.
  2. Fill those runs in the listed order, leaving at least one empty square between them.
  3. Cross-check rows with columns until the hidden picture is complete.

Arrows

  1. Build one numbered path starting at 1 and visiting every square.
  2. Jump along the current square’s arrow, any distance in that direction. Diagonal jumps count.
  3. Link squares or entire chains until the path ends at the ringed square.

Recall

  1. Study the stack of boxes while it is visible.
  2. Count every box, including hidden ones supporting the stack.
  3. When the boxes disappear, use + and − to answer before time runs out. Play through eight rounds.

Wikihistory

  1. Read the historical event on the next card.
  2. Choose where it belongs in the timeline, from earliest to latest.
  3. A wrong placement reveals the right position and costs a life. Keep going until you lose all three.

Catfish

  1. Fill the grid so each row and column contains three cats and three fish.
  2. Never place three of the same animal side by side, horizontally or vertically.
  3. Follow the clues: = means neighboring squares match; × means they differ. Shaded squares are fixed.

Sudoku

  1. Fill every row with the digits 1 through 9, without repeats.
  2. Do the same in each column and each 3 × 3 box.
  3. Choose a digit and a cell in either order. Turn on notes to keep track of possible answers.

Anagrams

  1. Build words from the six letter tiles.
  2. Use at least three letters, and use each tile at most once per word.
  3. Submit as many different words as you can in 60 seconds. Longer words score far more.

Circuits

  1. Connect each pair of matching colored terminals.
  2. Move horizontally or vertically. Paths cannot cross, and every square must belong to a circuit.
  3. Finish the board, then move to the next level. Complete as many of the five levels as you can.

24

  1. Use all four numbers exactly once.
  2. Combine them with +, −, ×, ÷, and parentheses. Fractions are allowed.
  3. Make the expression equal exactly 24.

Frog

  1. Use the available logs to build a boundary around the frog.
  2. Trap as many tiles inside the boundary as you can.
  3. Check the special tiles: some add points, and others subtract them. Aim for the best enclosure.
